The hotel looks very nice and luxurious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good.
Unfortunately the rooms and also the carpets in the corridors and the toilets are not clean and they stink.
After one night in a bed that really stank like a wet dog, we were able to change rooms without any problems. But unfortunately the next room wasn't clean either and the toilet was very smelly. There was also smoking everywhere, which was very unpleasant. What a shame, because it could have been perfect.
The spa is very nice, but unfortunately has no sauna and no indoor swimming pool.
If the hotel had been cleaner, we would have felt more comfortable.
The staff were great and we wish everyone a happy Dragon Year.

入眼高頭大馬，歐式大理石蜿蜒大氣螺旋梯，窗外湖光城景，一切似乎都沒有錯，過去在書中看過的關於斑駁落寞的酒店房間撞入眼來。綴滿黴斑的牆角，昏暗的燈光，覆滿鐵銹的螺絲釘五金件，衞生間入户黏膩的隔斷，角落裡的灰，鏡面上的點點銹跡，牆上的畫，厚重的地毯在訴説往日的繁華輝煌。一切看起來花了很多錢，又看的出來不被珍惜維護的硬件。
他人説我訂錯了房間。客房要比公寓好。可惜頁面上沒有提示，都是我的錯。
